How the Lion was born.

This will be a point of contact that will allow friends , family and co-workers to meet and get a reason to spin those tall tales we all have grown to love. I had gotten exposed to the air soft world by a co-worker ( Brad H )that was happy to teach me about the sport. When I first viewed airsoft I had a reaction that most will not believe. And it still amazes me that I had felt this way. So the golden words I gave " Yeah RIGHT. So you are telling me that there are grown men running around in the woods shooting at each other. PLAY ARMY." Brad had smiled at me and said "Yes sir they do. But there is so much more"

YEAH HE GOT ME!! Brad took me to a local shop that was HIGH in guilty but reasonable on price and I was like cool , then LOOK AT THIS! I know you know what I am gonna say so I will say it. I was like a kid in a AIRSOFT store! The guys behind the counter took their time and showed me some of the ins and outs of the sport. Not at time I had not done any running for some time and they all made me feel comfortable and that made me feel like one of the seasoned crew.

So at that time I am reading and learning even more how out armed forces protect us and gained knowledge of some of the tools they used to reach our freedom goals. An event came up and I was full of all kinds of thoughts of what it would be like. When the horn was blown and a sea of men , women, boys and girls ran into the outside field and began to slip into the trees and seem to disappear then the clothes made sense.. While I ran I felt that each step turned me into the higher expression of myself and "B PONCH" was born. The games ended and we had talked about what happen on the field all the way home.

Then I had asked the question" Is there any place close to my home where I can go play more?" Saddly the answer was no. I thought everyone should have a chance to try this new sport out , and if there was no place to be taught and apply the code of honor leaned. I would just have to make one thus Lion Airsoft was born.
